Economist, Assistant Professor at the Department of Public Policies at the Cracow University of Economics. Labour market expert at the Public Policy Center of the Cracow University of Economics. Member of the Strategic Team for consulting and monitoring the progress of work on the Małopolska Labour Market and Education Development Program 2030. Former Editor-in-Chief of the semi-annual journal “Social Economy” (currently “Social Entrepreneurship Review”). Former President of the Board and former Chairman of the Council of the Foundation for Economy and Public Administration, currently a Member of the Foundation’s Council. 

Participant in dozens of research and implementation projects related to the labour market, public policies, local and institutional development, and social economy. Author and co-author of approximately 80 publications in these areas. 

Scientific specialization: labour market, unemployment, employment and labour market policy, social policy, public administration, public policy analysis. 

Currently serves as the Plenipotentiary for Persons with Disabilities at the Department of Public Policies.
