Professor at the University of Economics in Krakow, working in the Department of Public Policy at the Krakow University of Economics; consultant of the Małopolska Regional Research Centre of the Statistical Office in Krakow. Expert of, among others, the Małopolska School of Public Administration at the University of Economics in Krakow (over 40 completed domestic and international projects), the Heweliusz Institute, and Arcadis. Former President of the Foundation for Economy and Public Administration; constantly cooperating with local governments and business in the area of ​​local public policies. Author and co-author of several dozen publications related mainly to the issues of development of large cities, as well as local and regional development policy. He has completed several dozen national and international projects, in several as a manager, within the framework of Structural Funds, and on behalf of government and local government administration, as well as commercial entities. Director of the MBA in Public Management and MBA in Community Management studies at the Krakow School of Business at the Krakow University of Economics. Author and co-author of local and regional development strategies, economic development programs, revitalization programs and expert opinions on urban water policies. Expert in the assessment of the institutional potential of municipal and district offices using the PRI method. Specialist in the concept of urban circular economy.
