He holds a Bachelor&#8217;s degree (2011) and a Master&#8217;s degree (2013) in Public Economy and Administration from the Cracow University of Economics. Since 2013, he has been affiliated with the Ma\u0142opolska School of Public Administration at the Cracow University of Economics.<\/p><p>At MSAP UEK, he participates in the preparation and implementation of national and international research and development projects, focusing on public management, public economy, local government reforms, the Fourth Industrial Revolution, entrepreneurship, and collaboration between local government administration and non-governmental organizations. He also has experience in project coordination.<\/p><p>From 2016 to 2017, he worked at the Department of Public Economy and Administration at the Cracow University of Economics, where he taught courses on local government and public finance, among other topics.<\/p><p>He is the author or co-author of several scientific publications on a wide range of topics in public management, public economy, and public policy, including chapters in monographs published by prestigious publishers such as Routledge. He has also prepared numerous expert reports commissioned by entities such as the Marshal&#8217;s Office of the Ma\u0142opolska Region, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Center for Public Policy at the Cracow University of Economics.<\/p><p>He serves as the database editor for the peer-reviewed quarterly &#8222;Journal of Public Governance,&#8221; published by MSAP UEK.<\/p><p>He is a member of the Board of the Foundation for Public Economy and Administration.<\/p><p>His research interests focus on new trends in public management (co-management, neo-Weberianism), public economy, and the use of innovative solutions in public administration (e-administration, intelligent transport systems), particularly at the local government level.<\/p><p>W MSAP UEK uczestniczy w przygotowaniu i realizacji projekt\u00f3w badawczych i wdro\u017ceniowych o zasi\u0119gu krajowym i mi\u0119dzynarodowym zwi\u0105zanych m.in. z problematyk\u0105 zarz\u0105dzania publicznego, gospodarki publicznej, reform samorz\u0105du terytorialnego, rewolucji przemys\u0142owej 4.0, przedsi\u0119biorczo\u015bci oraz wsp\u00f3\u0142pracy administracji samorz\u0105dowej z organizacjami pozarz\u0105dowymi.
