PhD in Economics, Krakow University of Economics (2014), MSc in Economics, Krakow University of Economics (2005). Director of the MSAP KUE between 2014 and 2016 and from 2020. Consultant in the MSAP KUE between 2005 and 2011.
I am an experienced specialist in public policy and regional development. My activities combine the scientific, expert, business community and public authorities – government and self-government.
I specialize in:
▪️ managing complex research and implementation projects of national and international scope,
▪️ network coordination and building intersectoral cooperation,
▪️ analysis and evaluation of public policies,
▪️ designing and implementing regional development and innovation strategies,
▪️ managing interdisciplinary and international teams,
▪️ creating expert reports and recommendations for public institutions.
I cooperated in projects of the European Commission, OECD, USAID and government institutions, creating expert opinions and reports in the field of public policies, innovation, administrative management and regional development. I am the author of several dozen scientific publications in the field of public management and development policies.
I teach classes in the following areas: institutional economics, EU cohesion policy, regional policy, territorial self-government and Global Business Services.
